Supported references and limits

Use ordinary A1 cell references, rectangular ranges or full columns. Sheet1!A2:A100 and 'Sales Data'!A2:A100 are supported. Structured table references, external workbooks and dynamic expressions are outside this builder. XLOOKUP is unavailable in Excel 2016/2019. Text comparisons in COUNTIF/SUMIF support Excel wildcards.
