Our editorial aim is to make a real task easier to understand. A guide should explain the relevant choices, show useful examples and point to the original documentation.
Sources and scope
We prioritize official product documentation for menus, supported behavior and known limitations. The source list on each guide lets readers verify a detail and find the product owner’s latest advice. A source link is not an endorsement of DeskPlain.
AI assistance and review
The initial library was prepared with AI assistance. References were consulted during preparation, but the guides have not been tested across all product versions or devices. We distinguish documentation-based explanations from first-hand test results. We do not invent screenshots, personal experience, qualifications or a team of experts.
Examples and templates
Examples are illustrative. Resume prompts are not fictional credentials to copy into an application. Downloadable templates are starting points and do not guarantee compatibility with every hiring platform, an interview or a job.
Updates and corrections
Each guide shows its publication or update date. Product changes can make a menu or step outdated. If an instruction conflicts with the current official documentation, use that documentation and your organization’s support process. Send corrections to [email protected], including the guide URL, the relevant section and the product version. The email link opens your mail application; this site does not operate a contact form.
