UTF-8 text, at most 1 MB and 10,000 data rows. The first nonempty row is used as headings. Quoted commas, quotes and line breaks are supported. XLSX workbooks are not supported; the original file is never changed.
Review headings and select values to trim
Renaming a heading does not change its data. Trimming removes leading and trailing whitespace in selected columns, including line breaks at a cell’s edges; it does not alter internal spaces.
Entirely empty records are skipped during import and counted. Formula protection changes formula-like cells; ordinary negative numbers are preserved. Review the preview and export before using the data.
Keep identifiers intact
Values remain text. Leading zeros, dates and large identifiers are not converted here; Excel may convert them on opening. Import the output with the correct column types and delimiter.
